While some countries like South Korea are using contact tracing apps to stop the Coronavirus spread, others are voicing unrest with sharing both personal medical and location information with governments. Professor of Computer Science at University of Pennsylvania, Michael Kearns, shares his thoughts on how privacy and data ethics are becoming a public issue amid the Coronavirus crisis.
