For 3 hours key speakers and the audience will reflected on the design, construction and use on the 21st century technological innovations on 3 Tier Topics starting the event by an inspirational Keynote speech of the Mrs. Carme Artigas, Secretary of State for Digitization and Artificial Intelligence Government of Spain.
