Participation form

Instructions

In order to submit a proposal, you must complete the online form below. This form does not allow you to save your answers for later. For this reason, if you need to work on your answers before sending them, we provide you a Word template to work offline.

The steps to follow are:

1. Download the participation form in Word format.
2. Work on your answers in the Word document offline.
3. Once you have prepared your answers in the Word document, copy-and-paste the answers in the online form that you will find at the bottom of this page.
4. Send your proposal by clicking on the “SEND” button.
