Instructions

In order to submit your proposal, you must complete the online participation form. This form does not allow you to work online and save your responses for later. For this reason, we provide you with a Word template to work offline.

The steps to follow are:

1. Download the participation form template in Word format.
2. Work on your answers in the Word document offline.
3. Once you have completed the template, copy and paste the responses into the online form here and submit your request.
